- If your product arrives damaged by the shipper, please notify the shipper and Sankofas Naturals immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get out a replacement promptly.

As a small operation, we generally fulfill orders every 2-3 days. Most orders in the US are shipped USPS either first class (3 days) or priority shipping (2-3 days).
