Step beyond traditional painting and into a guided sensory experience designed to encourage self-reflection, creativity, and emotional awareness. During this private one-on-one session, you will paint while blindfolded, allowing your intuition—not perfection—to guide the process. As you create, you'll be immersed in a calming environment featuring sacred smoke cleansing, restorative frequencies, mindfulness techniques, and intentional breathwork. Once your artwork is complete, we'll explore the symbols, colors, patterns, and emotions that emerged, helping you gain deeper insight into your current experiences, personal growth, and inner landscape. No artistic experience is required. This session is not about creating a masterpiece—it's about creating space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and discover what your subconscious may be trying to communicate.
